Indoor Climbing: Power Walls & Power Snacks - Climbing is a great way for a child to gain confidence! Interactive group activities at Riverstone Gym that include harness, shoes, two hours of instruction or belay. Then make healthy power snacks with plenty of time to play in the GaGa Pit.

The Skagit County Children's Museum always delivers when it comes to camps! This year's Spring Break camp themes include Unicorns, Dragons & Mermaids, Mad Science, Digging for Dinos, All Bugged Out and MORE! Spring Break will take place in their NEW LOCATION in the Outlet Shoppes in Burlington. Camps run from 9 am-Noon and 1 pm-4 pm with the option of adding the lunch hour = FULL DAY CAMPS.

Looking for a fun activity to get the kids active this Spring Break? Superhero Ninja Camps at Mt. Baker Gymnastics are perfect for kids who can't stop jumping off the couch, or any kid who's ever seen American Ninja Warrior or a modern Marvel blockbuster and thought, "I want to do that"! They'll learn to run swiftly, jump gracefully, swing smoothly, and flip safely with this fusion of gymnastics, obstacle course and parkour training. This camp is suitable for all ages and abilities and kids can come as they are or wear their favorite ninja or superhero costume.

Online registration is available for current members online until March 20th. New members are encouraged to contact their local Club to apply. All waiting lists are waived during Spring Break week.

SPRING BREAK ACTIVITIES IN SKAGIT COUNTY
The Skagit Kid Insider events calendar lists all of Skagit County's kid-friendly events. The calendar is divided by the hour, so if you're looking for something to do with your kiddos during a specific time each day - you can easily find it on the calendar! From skating, swimming and bowling to special Tulip Festival events that are hosted throughout April, you will find them all on Skagit Kid Insider.
Raining again? Not to worry! Skagit Kid Insider has a long list of indoor activities that will keep you nice and dry. From indoor play areas and library story times to Skagit County museums and nearby movie theaters. There's something on the list for every family!
Looking for fun activities for your kids that get the entire family outside for the day? From biking and hiking trails to visiting our local farms, you are bound to find something that will interest even the most tech-addicted kid! Have an entire day on your hands? Take a short trip to Mt. Baker or the North Cascades National Park for some fresh air. Don't forget to take a peek at our map of neighborhood parks and playgrounds. We make it easy to find one nearby.
Skagit County has several swimming pools to take your kids to. The Skagit Valley Family YMCA and Fidalgo Pool are both open to the public for family swim times. Riverside Health Club offers a Water Tots class that is open to non-members. Now is a great time to sign your kids up for swimming lessons...summer will be here sooner than you think!

The following family-friendly events are happening during the 2020 Skagit Valley Tulip Festival during the month of April. April 8th & 15th: Locals Only Nite - Tulip Town, Mount Vernon - Skagit County residents can enjoy Tulip Town free.
