On Healthy Kids Day, children and families have the opportunity to learn about the importance of healthy eating; nutrition and physical activity; mental and emotional well-being; and developing healthy habits. It also serves as a great place to get kids and families excited about summer programs in the greater Skagit/Whatcom area!
This year the Y has partnered with Children's Council of Skagit County & Help Me Grow's Family Palooza event, creating more fun and resources for families!
