Halloween Safety Trick-or-Treat - Burlington: FREE
Trick-or-Treat safely through town after visiting the Burlington Fire Department crews on Sunday! They will be passing out badges, treats, and necklace glow sticks on Halloween night from 4:30-8pm. Look for the fire engine & lights at Lucille Umbarger Elementary School and another one down at the entrance of Skagit River Park (both on S. Skagit Street). Have a spooktacular time!
