From the Mount Vernon School District's website regarding breakfast and lunch service during the COVID-19 break:
"Beginning Tuesday March 17th breakfast and lunch will be provided to all students that need them. Monday- Friday "grab & go" meals will be provided at the following locations from 10am-12pm:
Mount Vernon High School- North Entrance
LaVenture Middle School
Cascade Commons
Centennial Elementary
Jefferson Elementary
Harriet Rowley Elementary
Madison Elementary
Some reminders and changes to our meal services for students:
- Any child up to age 18 is eligible.
- Students must be present for meal pick up; to practice social distancing, we are unable to offer space to eat on site.

Is home alone,

A meal site is not within walking distance/no transportation,

Please call 360-428-6262 to request meal delivery. This will help us identify additional areas in the community for meal deliveries."
