Kids Fishing Derby - Northern State Park: FREE
The Wildcat Steelhead Club is holding the Annual Kids Fishing Derby rain or shine! Free entry for kids ages 14 and younger. Bring your own gear and bait although they do have a few to loan out. Prizes will be awarded and hot dogs, and refreshments will be served. Gates open at 7 a.m., fishing beings at 8 a.m. and runs through 3 pm. Limited parking so carpools are recommended. Registration forms are required and can be picked up prior to the event at Holiday Sports, Big Scoop Ice Cream, and the Sedro Woolley Chamber of Commerce. They will also be available the day of the event.
